He is having expertise drawing and carving. He has trained two of his sons and a nephew under the blockmaking craft. All three of them are practicing the craft and working with him at his workshop. They joined workshop recently.

1989: Kamleshbhai started learning the craft of block making at the age of 15 years from his father Shri Bhikhabhai Prajapati

1992: It took three years of training for learning the craft

1993: Started practicing the craft and joined his father’s workshop

2013: Trained two of his sons under block making.

2015: His progress continued and both his son and a nephew joined him

Age: 30 years

Craft experience: 7 years

Pratik is an elder son of Kamleshbhai. He is graduated in commerce. He started learning this craft while studying during vacations of 10th and 12th standard. He is handling the workshop after his working hours. He is doing job as well as practicing the craft.

It took two years to him for learning this craft.  He has started practicing the craft at 23 years of age.

Ajay is a younger son of Kamleshbhai. He is a graduate with Business Administration (BBA).  He learned this craft from his father. He started learning this craft at the age of 17. He used to learn the craft during vacations in school.

It took two years to him for learning this craft.  He has started practicing the craft at 16 years of age BBA
